1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the elearning platform operated by GSTech ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 13 years of age, or have obtained parental/guardian consent
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
2. User Accounts
To access the platform's features, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account password and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately at info@gstech.live of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.
3. Student Responsibilities
As a student on the elearning platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and provide adequate notice for cancellations
- Treat tutors and fellow students with respect during all interactions
- Not record or redistribute session content without the tutor's explicit written consent
- Not share login credentials or enrolment access with other individuals
- Complete home projects and assignments in good faith for your own learning benefit
⚠️ Important: Sharing course access, reselling materials, or academic dishonesty may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Tutor Terms & Platform Fee Policy
Tutors on the elearning platform are independent educators and not employees of GSTech. By registering as a tutor, you agree to the following:
💰 One-Time Platform Service Fee: elearning charges a one-time fee of 1% of the total course fee per course listing. This fee is deducted once only — there are no recurring charges, no session-by-session commissions, and no additional platform fees for the same course. You retain 99% of your listed course fee.

Additional tutor responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate qualifications, experience, and subject information in your profile
- Conducting all sessions via approved platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams)
- Maintaining professional behaviour and a respectful learning environment
- Not soliciting students to move off-platform for private fee arrangements
- Respecting student data privacy and not sharing student details outside the platform
- Notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of any session cancellation where possible
- Ensuring all course materials shared via the Book Library comply with copyright laws
5. Payments & Refunds
All transactions on the elearning platform are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
- Payments are due in full at the time of course enrolment unless otherwise stated
- Course fees are displayed in USD or PKR as applicable on the course listing page
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment and before the second session
- No refunds are issued after two or more sessions have been conducted
- Refunds for cancelled courses by a tutor will be processed within 10 business days
- We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges
⚠️ Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
6. Code of Conduct
All users — students, tutors, and guests — are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind
- Sharing offensive, obscene, or harmful content on the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
- Impersonating another user, tutor, or staff member
- Spamming other users with unsolicited messages or promotional material
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Violations will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the elearning platform — including course materials, videos, worksheets, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of GSTech or the respective tutors who created it.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any platform content without explicit written consent
- Tutors retain ownership of their original course materials but grant elearning a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform
- Student-submitted assignments remain the property of the student
- The "elearning" brand, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of GSTech
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GSTech shall not be liable for:
- Academic outcomes, exam results, or grades following platform use
- Technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control
- The conduct, accuracy, or quality of individual tutor sessions
- Third-party platform issues (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) affecting session delivery
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform
Our total aggregate liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course in the 6 months preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
- Attempts to circumvent platform fee structures
- Receives repeated legitimate complaints from other users
You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us at info@gstech.live. Upon termination, your access to courses and materials will be revoked. Any pending payments due to tutors will be processed before account closure.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where GSTech's head office is located (Birmingham, UK). Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings
- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts for any unresolved legal disputes
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
