How do I register on the elearning platform?

Click the "Join Now" button at the top of the page. Fill in your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is created, you can immediately browse and enroll in any available course.
Can I enroll in multiple courses at the same time?

Yes! You can enroll in as many courses as you like simultaneously. Each course runs on its own schedule, so you can manage your learning at your own pace across multiple subjects.
Is there an age requirement to enroll?

Our platform serves students of all ages — from school-level (O-Levels, Matric) to FSc, A-Levels, and university students. Younger students may require parental consent during registration.
What subjects and courses are available?

We offer a wide range of courses including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language, Urdu, Islamic Studies, History, Computer Science, HTML/CSS/JS, and IELTS/TOEFL Preparation — covering O-Level, A-Level, Matric, FSc, and university syllabi.
Are the courses self-paced or live?

How long is each course?

Will I receive study materials and assignments?

Yes. Every course includes structured syllabi, worksheets, home projects, and a growing book library. Tutors regularly share course materials through the platform's resource section for easy access anytime.
How are tutors verified on your platform?

Every tutor on our platform is thoroughly vetted, qualified, and passionate about teaching. We verify academic credentials, subject expertise, and teaching experience before any tutor is approved to host sessions.
Can I choose my own tutor?

Absolutely. You can browse our team of expert instructors, view their profiles, qualifications, subjects, and hourly rates, then select the tutor that best matches your learning needs and schedule.
What is the average tutor rate on the platform?

Tutor rates vary based on experience and subject. Rates start from PKR 5,000/hr for qualified tutors with advanced degrees. All rates are transparently displayed on each tutor's profile before you book.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and popular Pakistani payment gateways. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system.
Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within 48 hours of your first session, you may request a full refund. Refund requests after the first session are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@gstech.live for assistance.
Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No hidden fees. The price shown on each course or tutor profile is exactly what you pay. We believe in affordable, transparent education for every student across Pakistan.
What equipment do I need to attend live classes?

You need a device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and optionally a webcam. Sessions are conducted on Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams — all free to download.
What if I miss a live session?

Most tutors record their live sessions so you can catch up later. You can also message your tutor to reschedule a makeup session. Our flexible scheduling means education fits around your life, not the other way around.
How do I access the Book Library and resources?

Once enrolled in a course, all resources — including worksheets, study materials, and library documents — are accessible directly from your course dashboard. Your tutor continuously updates and adds new materials throughout the course.
Do I receive a certificate upon completing a course?

Yes! Upon successfully completing a course and its assessments, you receive a digital certificate of completion. This certificate is issued by our platform and can be downloaded, printed, or shared on LinkedIn.
Are your certificates recognized by schools and universities?

Our certificates demonstrate verified skills and subject knowledge. While they are supplementary credentials, many institutions value them as proof of additional learning. For formal exam boards, you will still need to register with Cambridge, Edexcel, or the relevant examination authority.
