2. Client Responsibilities

3. Payments & Pricing
A deposit is required before work begins. Full payment must be completed before final delivery. Hosting is billed in advance.
4. Project Delivery
Timelines depend on scope and client cooperation. Delays in feedback may affect delivery.
5. Revisions & Changes
Limited revisions are included. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
6. Hosting Services
GSTech provides hosting services but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Clients must not host illegal content.
7. Domain Registration
Domains are registered under client details where possible. GSTech is not responsible for registrar policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership transfers to client after full payment. GSTech may showcase work in portfolio.
9. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided based on selected package. Additional support may be charged.
10. Termination
Services may be terminated with notice. No refunds for completed work.
11. Limitation of Liability
GSTech is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party issues.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
